Cellar Manager

Hennie is bestuurder by Goudini Kelder sedert 1985 - slegs die 3de bestuurder in die Kelder se bestaan van 64 jaar. Sy hooftaak is om maksimum inkomste aan aandeelhouers op volhoubare wyse te verseker. In die 27 jaar wat Hennie by Goudini is, het die tonne druiwe gepars van 13,500 in 1986 tot 23,500 in 2012 gestyg.

Marius Prins

Winemaker

Because agriculture has always been part of Marius’s background, he did not think twice before following a career in agricultural science. After obtaining a qualification in agriculture and extensive experience in the wine industry, he went back to Elsenburg to study wine making. Marius became part of the Goudini team in July 2013.

Dirk is sedert 1993 Goudini kelder se sekretaris.

 

 

 

 

 

Godknows Chiringamutambo

Quality Officer

Godknows joined Goudini in 2011 and is tasked with the critical issue of continuous improvement in productivity and proficiency. This include not only improving wine making processes, but also management and training of personnel to reduce risks and improve execution and productivity. We are working towards a multi-skilled workforce (through extensive in-house training) that understands the importance of the correct and timely execution of their work. This enables Goudini to cater to the very stringent expectations from clients.

 

 

Suzanne Moller

Administrative Officer

Suzanne het teen die einde van 2006 by Goudini begin werk en behartig die administratiewe gedeelte van die kelder. Een van die pluspunte van Goudini is dat almal lekker saamwerk om van die organisasie 'n groot sukses te maak!

 

 

 

 

Hendrik Myburgh

Viticulturist

Hendrik het in Novembermaand van 2001 by die span van Goudini kelder aangesluit waar hy tans wynmaker en wingerdboukundige is. Hendrik verleen wingerdboukundige advies aan produsente en is verantwoordelik vir wingerdblok seleksies en gradering. Sodat dinge glad verloop tydens parstyd, beplan en reël Hendrik wanneer watter druiwe wanneer by die kelder ontvang behoort te word. Hy is verder nou betrokke by kontrole van die wynmaak proses asook die bestuur van kwaliteit- en produktiwiteit standaarde en stelsels.

 

 

Noah Museke

Laboratory Technician

Noah joined Goudini in 2010 and has been the driving force behind our laboratory ever since. Quality control is critical in the wine making process and how do you do that if you have to wait for one or two days for analysis from external laboratories. Under his supervision, Goudini expanded the range of routine analyses that we do to include alcohol, volatile acidity, proteien stability, residual sugar, turbidity and total solids analysis. He spearheaded Goudini’s membership into the South African Laboratory Association with twice monthly inter-laboratory proficiency testing, where Goudini constantly score in the top 40% of participants.

 

Tinus Le Roux

Winemaker

Tinus het in 2010 as 'n pars-hulp by Goudini Kelder begin, maar is vandag 'n assistent wynmaker wat verantwoordelik is vir die maak van rooiwyn. Verder is hy 'n knap 'handy-man' wie se betrokkenheid by instandhouding, gesondheid en veiligheid van die kelder onontbeerlik is! Tinus sien Goudini oor ‘n paar jaar as een van die top kelders in die Breedekloof streek, waar werkers, produsente en wynmakers met trots om braaivleis vure kan spog oor hul kelder en wyne.
